Catalyst Marketing Solutions was born from a shared vision between two driven young founders | James and Ethan | who saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between grassroots businesses and modern, effective marketing.
After more than two years immersed in branding, design, digital strategy, and small business development, James and Ethan built CatalystMS to deliver real results, not fluff. They’ve poured over 24 months of hands-on learning, creative experimentation, and business consultation into understanding what makes a brand stand out – and more importantly, how to make that growth sustainable.
Together, they’ve worked with small enterprises, community-led organisations, and emerging start-ups to sharpen their visual identity, clarify their message, and take confident steps into the digital world. James is a man of service – deeply committed to supporting those around him, whether through leadership roles, operational guidance, or professional mentorship. With a background in high-level leadership through the Australian Air Force Cadets and a pending career as an RAAF Officer, James brings structure, clarity, and discipline to every project. His strength lies in connecting with clients on a human level and delivering results that are practical, polished, and true to their values.
Ethan is a man of science – inquisitive, detail-oriented, and driven to make a meaningful impact. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a focus on biology, Ethan combines analytical thinking with a natural creative instinct. His eye for design, talent in digital software like Photoshop and Canva, and deep understanding of consumer psychology make him the go-to for crafting branding that not only looks great but truly connects.
